GREAT JOB AND FAST! WE ARRIVED HOME AFTER A MONTH LONG TRIP TO FIND OUR WATER HEATER WAS STARTING TO LEAK. AFTER A FEW OTHER CALLS, A CALL TO THE HOME DEPOT WATER HEATER INSTALLATION NUMBER PUT US IN CONTACT WITH FAST WATER HEATER COMPANY. THEY ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS ABOUT WHAT I WANTED AND GAVE ME A QUOTE OVER THE PHONE, WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE COULD BE SOME ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO BRING MY INSTALLATION UP TO CURRENT CODE FOR MY TOWN, WHICH REQUIRES A PERMIT THAT THEY OBTAIN FOR US (AT A SMALL ADDITIONAL CHARGE). THEY SAID THEY COULD HAVE A TECHNICIAN AT MY HOME IN ONE OR TWO HOURS. 45 MINUTES LATER DON WAS AT MY DOOR. HE EXPLAINED WHAT WOULD BE REQUIRED TO BRING US UP TO CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENTS AND WE AGREED ON THE COST. TWO HOURS LATER WE HAD A NEW WATER HEATER AND THE OLD ONE WAS GONE. DON DID A VERY PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION AND PATIENTLY ANSWERED MY MANY QUESTIONS. DON LEFT OUR HOME CLEAN AND TIDY. THE ONLY EVIDENCE HE WAS THERE WAS OUR NEW WATER HEATER. 30 MINUTES AFTER DON LEFT THE COMPANY CALLED TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. FAST WATER HEATER COMPANY IS A FIRST CLASS BUSINESS AND TRUE TO THEIR NAME FAST. DON IS AN EXCELLENT INSTALLER.
