My wife and I have just completed our second new vehicle purchase in the last 9 months from Spradley Barr Ford in Fort Collins with sales person Nick Carestia. Our first purchase was a new 2010 escape, and the second was a new 2010 F150 Lariat. Working with the Spradley Barr team was a pleasure. Nick was always professional, working with us to help us understand the options available and never pressured us to make a decision on the spot. Especially with the F150 purchase, Nick took a lot of time with me during our decision process. After the purchase, Nick spent a considerable amount of time explaining all the vehicle functions and warranty information and never seemed rushed eventhough he had already made the sale. After the sale, we met with the business office and that also was a pleasurable experience. No pressure there either to purchase options but listened to all our questions and took all the time necessary for our discussion. Overall a pleasure to work with the Spradley Barr team and especially Nick Carestia - without a doubt, we will visit this team again for our future vehicle purchases. Great work guys...........
