I have lived in Menlo Park for 35 years, and for me there is no other body shop than Cavallino. I remember the first time I went there and saw they did Ferrari's, and figured they would be good, pricey but good. I have taken several cars there over the years, and with one exception (I will explain, it why there is only 4 stars) they have been fabulous!! The only exception was when they repaired our Prius a while back, they crossed up some cooling line (not to the engine), anyway a month or 6 weeks later the check engine light came on, I took it to the dealer and the dealer explained the faulty repair. The dealer made the repair, so I took the bill to Cavallino's and they paid me back. Other than that one incident - I have had flawless repair work done, and never have had anything to complain about. They use quality parts, have a friendly staff that keep you appraised of the repair all along the way. You may pay less, but you will also get less.
