I was pleasantly greeted by Conrad upon arrival who clearly outlined all the things that they would be doing on my car for its 40K mile inspection. After waiting only about 2 hours (when he said it might be more like 2.5-3) my car was ready to go and freshly washed. Waiting room was very clean and the whole dealership was in great shape. Everyone I interacted with was very nice as well.
