I am not one to write reviews, however, when I saw that the only review for Royal Management was negative, I was totally shocked and had to publisize the truth about this company. Royal Management Group has been managing my condo for 5 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from David Raposo, the Manager/Owner, all the office staff, and especially his maintenance crew. This is a hands-on company. They have flawlessly taken care of all our issues in our building from the smallest to largest of things. For instance, they have saved us over 10k in violations with the city. Royal's manager and staff are very knowledgable and efficient. They have turned my building from a C-Class to and A-Class Building. I recommend Royal Management 100%.
