I have to totally degree with Colleen. My building just changed our properties management company to The Royal Group and I have to say WOW ! I can not be happier with this company and all that they are doing for all of the residents of our building. We were previously with a property management company that just sucked and in the few short weeks since The Royal Group has taken over our buildings day to day management the changes have just been incredible. Any issue have been taken care immediately and calls and emails are answered in such a timely fashion. If anyone is experiencing horrible management in their building. Do what the residents in my building have done, speak w/ your board and demand change. And if I were you I would DEFINITELY look @ The Royal Group Property Management, Miami ! more

I am not one to write reviews, however, when I saw that the only review for Royal Management was negative, I was totally shocked and had to publisize the truth about this company. Royal Management Group has been managing my condo for 5 years. I have had nothing but positive experiences with everyone from David Raposo, the Manager/Owner, all the office staff, and especially his maintenance crew. This is a hands-on company. They have flawlessly taken care of all our issues in our building from the smallest to largest of things. For instance, they have saved us over 10k in violations with the city. Royal's manager and staff are very knowledgable and efficient. They have turned my building from a C-Class to and A-Class Building. I recommend Royal Management 100%. more

ROYAL IS RELIABLE!! As a real estate agent in Miami I have dealt with many management companies on the beach in the last 10 years. I can tell you Royal Management is by far the most professional and honest of the bunch. Their staff is both courteous and responsive. more

I was very happy with the level of service provided by Royal Management. I was working with an agent at Royal Realty and was concerned that I would not be able to get approved by any management company to move in as fast as I would like. I was staying in a hotel at the time and it was really starting to add up. I ended up finding something that was managed by Royal and was in the unit much sooner than expected. I called once to get an update on the application and spoke to a young lady in the office who was very friendly and provided me with all the information that I needed. I would be happy to work with both Royal Realty and Royal Management again. more

After reading some of these negative comments. I defenally can tell some of these people have a personal issues with Royal. As a community member dealing with David Raposo and his staff the only thing I can say is: GREAT JOB, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!! KEEP THE GOOD JOB YOU DOING. THANK YOU!!!! more

Found a condo through Ken at Royal Realty that Royal also managed. Was able to move in right away and the process was quick and easy. The unit I moved into is also "Personally managed" by the Royal Group. I found a few things that needed attention when I moved in. They were taken care of within 24hrs. more
