MCP's plumber just came to my house to attach a simple side sprayer for a kitchen sink - which I had 2 brand new ones ready to go - the gentleman broke both hoses and had relatively no idea what he was doing.
For $135 ($90 / hour + $45 "traveling time" from their office 2 minutes away), I am irked to say the least. Had I gotten over the shock of being suckered before he walked out the door, I'd also have realized he only worked on it for approx. 30 minutes.
