my mother-in-law had a plumbing problem on Easter at about 6:00 p.m. joshua # 348 called about 20 minutes after we called Roto-rooter. He arrived when he said he would. Joshua # 348 was very professional in his actions. Even though it was #1 Easter Sunday #2 it was dark outside #3 it was raining. Roto-Rooter needs more employees like Joshua # 348. It was a great experience to a very bad night. Joshua # 348 thank you very much. He did his job the way it is to be done. Joshua # 348 didn't try to sell anything but what had to be done.
