Super Bowl Sunday at 3pm with a house full of people, we discovered our sewer line had backed up and released super nasty raw sewage on our lawn. We called Roto-Rooter! We were told they would be over within two hours. We received a follow-up call shortly after letting us know a serviceman was on the way. We even received email confirmation with a link to check our status. Tim, our serviceman, arrived in less than an hour, ran thru the costs which were less than expected given that it was a Sunday, fixed our problem, provided us with details about how to avoid this in the future, ran a second test to make sure the blockage was resolved, then he actually cleaned up the nasty raw sewage on the lawn (including the weeds and grass) and took it away with him. It was like the problem had never occurred. This is the best plumber in San Mateo!!
