Luis arrived right on time, calmly assessed the situation, clearly explained my options and proceeded to do a quick thorough job of fixing pipes clogged with years of sediment. He put in quality time and effort to make sure everything was flushed out and in working order and even helped replace the wax ring on a toilet to ensure no future surprises. This was done after he had hauled heavy equipment up to the roof and climbed up and down the ladder many many times to make sure everything was good. I'm definitely a fan and its all due to Luis' hard work and attention to detail.
