Review content:
I had recently moved to Salinas and needed a new vet for my dog. I decided to take him here, that was a mistake. When I pulled in to their parking lot it looked very nice and modern from out side, I had high hopes. When I went in the iside was like the outside = cleand and modern. The receptionist were very friendly and nice. Everything was going great. They even had a huge selection of dog food. When I was called in to the room , I had to wait for a while. When the vet came she talked to me and was very firendly,. She took my dog to back room to be weight, this is where it all went wrong. My dog gets very scared and even agressive when he is in new situations, I though they might have a little sympathy for him. As soon as she close the door behind her, I started hearing my dog crying, he sounded soo scared. My heart ached!!! They had him back their for 10 to 15 minutes and every minute his was crying. When they brought him back, the look on his face was of pure terror. They have him back to be smelling like feces because he had defecated, due to the fact that he was scared. His toe nail was bleeding becuse they had cut his nails too short. I wanted to cry as soon as I saw him, dirty and bleeding. When I went out to pay I felt it was a little expensive, hI had paid less with my previouse vet in King city. When I left, I vowed never to return. I still regret taking his there.
I now have a new vet who is AWSOME with my dog!!!!!
