I have lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks on their weight loss program, and it is the first time that I feel totally comfortable in a workout facility. They have a way to track the amount of calories that you ate burning, in addition to diet activity points and strength evaluations. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is like a spa! It is truly the best thing i have ever done for myself!
