Good: variety of pets. Bad: I kept waiting for someone to help me as I was interested in a puppy. The people you see playing with the dogs are a few regulars and friends of the employers. By her own admission a lady said she never buys but when i asked if i could meet with the dog i wanted i was told there was no space . some teens where playign and were friends of the sales girl. A guy finally got me the price of the dog and flew by me and said 1100. adn kept walking, made me wait even more without even asking if i wanted the dog.. Improvements: better customer service. Other: I was willing to buy a 1100$ dog but no one had time to take care of me so i left. they were busy socializing with friends and regulars. I am glad though, i called a rescue group and got a beautifull healthy puppy..
