It was a tremendous pleasure to work with Paul when purchasing our new Flex. I had met Paul several years earlier at a commercial vehicle event. Working with fleet sales folks at my employer, it seemed appropriate to work with a commercial sales person for my own vehicle purchase. Not only was Paul completely thorough in his knowledge, but remained super professional while still being friendly. I have never received so much appreciation when working on a car deal.
