Review content:
It's hard to describe the feel this shop once you walk in the door, I noticed it right away but couldn't explain it. I made it past some salesmen and a dog and down the stairs to the shoes. Then an older gentlemen approached and asked if I needed help. I told him that I'd been out looking for basketball shoes, but saw this store and thought I'd check it out. He abruptly said 'we only sell running shoes' and then I smiled and said I figured. Our conversation continued a bit, but he didn't lighten at all and he was so unwelcoming that I'd lost all interest in 'checking it out' after the encounter. So I let him know that we were leaving and he made no attempt to apologize. I kind of felt like Julia Roberts trying to buy new clothes...but here's the thing, there's nothing about me that would evoke someone to be so rude (like that would excuse it). They need to learn to be more hospitable. When I saw the other posts on here about how rude they are, I wanted to share my experience.
