My grandmother went in to have her power seat repaired. The vehicle was returned unrepaired with a bill for $150.00 for "labor" to not correct the issue. Now she has to pay a dealer for the repair and is simply out the money with no offer from mgt. to work with her on the bill. I came to their shop and told them what the issue was, so if they were not equipped to fix the issue, they should have been upfront about that from the beginning. I felt they took advantage of my grandmother since she is an elderly woman.
