My grandmother went in to have her power seat repaired. The vehicle was returned unrepaired with a bill for $150.00 for "labor" to not correct the issue. Now she has to pay a dealer for the repair and is simply out the money with no offer from mgt. to work with her on the bill. I came to their shop and told them what the issue was, so if they were not equipped to fix the issue, they should have been upfront about that from the beginning. I felt they took advantage of my grandmother since she is an elderly woman. more

I have taken my vehicles in many times over the years. Always, the service has been fast and reasonably-priced. When I haven't had an appointment, they still work me in quickly. Over the years, I have never had anything but perfect service. I've met the owner who is as honest as the day is long. He sets the tone for his employees, and demands that they do the job right. He's also very intelligent, knows exactly the problem with your vehicle, and can articulate it to you. On the last occasion, as they were fixing my car, I observed how nicely and effectively they served person after person. In that business, customers can be difficult, but they treat everyone kindly and deliver good service. I highly recommend this business. more

I have taken my car here several times and I have to say that there service is just ok. Twice they have seemed uninterested in doing a manufacturer recommended warranty. They make it seem like they are too busy to deal with my car. They take 6 hours to do and oil change and did not call me at the number that I left to find out what was wrong with my car. I sat at work all day wondering what the deal was, when they had called my home number, talked to my husband and proceeded to start the work. It was fine to talk to my husband, but I was still left wondering what was going on all day, because my husband left home shortly after he talked to them. more
