I've never really written a review online but this is one of the rare occasions when a business has gone out of there way to take care of it.
Actually I wasn't quite sure that this company was going to do a very good job, after all they did start off on the wrong foot by giving me two different phone numbers (both of which were wrong) for the installation manager that was coming to my business.
He also showed up 10 minutes late.
Luckily when he did arrive he was on his game because I was about to cancel the whole deal. But he showed up, apologized for being late and for the confusion with the main office.
The part that really impressed me was that the technicians who installed our cabling and video conferencing equipment, were really professional, there was never a question I had that they couldn't answer and there was not one time that I saw any of them standing around with their hands in their pocket.
In the end, they got the job done faster than expected and my bill was 10% less than the estimate. I couldn't have been happier.
I would recommend this company to any other business.
