At first I wasn't sure that this company was going to do well for us, we had them set up all the workstations at our new office (27 total) and there were supposed to be two technicians (one to physically set up each of the workstations and then one to install software/connect to the network, etc.) Unfortunately there was some type of a scheduling error so only one technician showed up. Everyone, including myself was pretty upset because we needed to finish this job in one day but that is near impossible for one person to do. But the technician that did show up was really awesome, he never argued with us about the scheduling error and he didn't make any excuses (and actually he put up with my partner yelling at him too). He ended up staying at our office until 1am that night so that we could be operational in the morning, and there's no doubt that it was because of his effort that we were operational and had a really great start. It's because of his effort that I am leaving this review, and if his work is any indication of the rest of this company then I would say they're pretty darn good at what they do. more

I've never really written a review online but this is one of the rare occasions when a business has gone out of there way to take care of it. Actually I wasn't quite sure that this company was going to do a very good job, after all they did start off on the wrong foot by giving me two different phone numbers (both of which were wrong) for the installation manager that was coming to my business. He also showed up 10 minutes late. Luckily when he did arrive he was on his game because I was about to cancel the whole deal. But he showed up, apologized for being late and for the confusion with the main office. The part that really impressed me was that the technicians who installed our cabling and video conferencing equipment, were really professional, there was never a question I had that they couldn't answer and there was not one time that I saw any of them standing around with their hands in their pocket. In the end, they got the job done faster than expected and my bill was 10% less than the estimate. I couldn't have been happier. I would recommend this company to any other business. more
