I write this letter to congratulate you on having two of the most courteous and professional movers on your staff. Today, Bob and John spent seven hours moving heavy, complicated desks and other furniture items between our first and second floor offices here in Rancho Cordova. Bob and John were highly skilled and very careful with our new furniture. They were also very polite and friendly and they made the moving process as stress-free as possible. Because Bob and John were so competent, I was able to concentrate on my job today, instead of worrying about the move and all the things that could potentially go wrong. Thank you!
I hope you will express my sincere appreciation to these two outstanding employees. They really make your company a better moving company. Because of them I will be certain to refer other business to you.
