I had gone there on a recommendation of a friend as I was told they were reliable & great value for my price. I bought 4 tires and an alignment. I was told the alignment couldnt be done do to my ball joints needing to be replaced on a wheel (it is an older car). I was told it would cost $800. I said i would go to my mechanic. they said to bring my car back and they would do the alignment. I went to my mechanic who only charged me $550 (and he did a brake job & an oil change to my car on top of the ball joints). 2 Weeks later and I am back @ martin. I was told my other wheel needed more work and, you guessed it, we couldnt do the alignment. I was told i would need my old bill to prove i paid for the alignment. I asked " Didn't they have it in the computer?" I was told that they dont keep those. II observed that they were very friendly to those they new & not to anyone new (one both trips).
