Beware! Please do not sign anything with this company! They will only act nice long enough to get you to sign their contracts. Take your business elsewhere! They will not fully explain all of their policies and fees for cancellation with you. We had a sudden move due to my job and went in to cancel our account with them. We were told that there cancellation fee is $150 per account. However, they signed myself and my wife up under separate contracts and therefore wanted the cancellation fee from each of us individually. We either had to pay the 2 cancellation fees or keep paying our monthly dues until our contracts were up. They refused to even consider letting us pay one fee even though most families are signed up on one contract and therefore pay only one fee. When we called corporate, they were total jack-asses! This company only cares about how many people they can get to sign contracts and nothing else! Beware!
