Good: Promptness - & couteousy
ran a little late - but dispatch called and let me know he was running a little late.... Bad: He had to come back out the very next day - to address a more serious problem - which I thought - being a plumber - he would know (no pun intended) the trickle down effect - if the upstairs is not flowing - it has to be stopping somewhere - I would have thought he would check the "out" lines and find where the problem originated - so I had to pay again the next day so he could root the main sewer line. Improvements: No comment - I do not know enough about plumbing and plumbing problems to critique a professional... which, Kevin (from Kenosha county) was/is.. Other: I would definatly recommend Roto Rooter to neighbors / family - at least the representative that come to my home...He waws very friendly and jdown to earth... curteous, and knew his crap (again, no pun intended) I wonder if there was a way to forsee the problems we had on July 4th - from the service that was done on July 3rd - could have saved us all a lot of worry / smell....and time... and now he is scheduled to come back on Sat the 16th to address the original problem.... I hope this is the last time.
