I purchased and serviced my mercedes there. I had an excellent salesperson who worked with me to get the mercedes for the price I wanted. I love the car, its beautiful. Then, I could not drive the car home, so they had a porter deliever it to my home. What amazing service, I was astonished. My husband needed to sign the paperwork and the salesperson came to my home to have the paperwork signed. I was blown away at how accommodating they were. Then, I needed some servicing and the service manager and service advisors were amazing. They gave me details of the work needed and then gave me an amazing loaner mercedes while they worked on mine. The loaner was from Enterprise on-site. I was treated like royalty. I was amazed at their service and courtesy. I will have both of my mercedes service there and next time I want to buy another mercedes, I will go to foothill. The salespeople and service advisors are down to earth and friendly. By far, the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Love them. I will use them to wash my cars on Saturday too for FREE!!!! Gotta love that. Who needs Fletcher Jones.
