Blue Mercury is the best beauty products store in DC bar none. They carry exclusive products such as Diptyque and Creed that you could only before find in high-end department stores such as Neimans and Saks. You can always find the newest products featured in Allure here. They have an amazing annual event where they discount your purchases and have a lot of company reps on hand to give you free samples and gifts with purchase. They carry Trish McEvoy and a lot of great makeup brands and they often have company reps come to the store throughout the year to give makeovers. This is a very special store.
