Review content:
A clogged kitchen drain the day before a party resisted my clearing attempts, so I was relieved to hear that a Roto-Rooter tech was available and would arrive within the hour. When an overturned semi on the highway caused a delay, Rick called twice to report progress. When Steve arrived, friendly and clear in his explanation of alternatives, he got to work. After a half hour of power tool noise I heard a loud "Oh no!" followed by 4 more "oh no's" but he completed the job for the originally estimated price, cleaned up after the job, and the party was a success. If there's a better plumber in Indianapolis I'll be surprised.
