I've been in the TV business most of my adult life but my career has been in front of the camera, both local and network. In all those years, with the recognition and honors that are part of it, never have I understood the technology... how the pictures are sent through the air. And that's fine if you have someone trustworthy to take care of it. At the TV station, we have engineers. At home I have Starpower. A recent experience will give you a small example of why I am so loyal to your company. One morning, My 60 inch HD wouldn't turn on. I had recently purchased it from Starpower so it no doubt wasn't the set. Everything was dead. I immediately assumed it was a separate tuning component that was several years old so I called Starpower and asked if they could send one out with a service team. We agreed on a unit and a price and in a short time yer tech people arrived. One of them, a young man named Beau, walked in with the new tuner, made an adjustment on the cable box and everything instantly went on. Daniel, I was totally prepared to buy a new piece of equipment and have Beau install it with no questions asked. Instead, Beau chose to do the right thing on behalf of the customer. And, he even refused to charge me for the service call. I told my television audience about it the next day and have repeated it to many friends. Ron and Roy on your sales staff have been real professionals too. I just wanted to let you know that, as far as our family is concerned, the answer to the question, "Whatever happened to good old-fashioned personal service?" is and will be STARPOWER. Proud to be Your Customer
