Good: Low cost. Bad: Extremely rude receptionists, poor bed side manner, talked down to by veterinarian, poor record keeping (could never find our file under the right name, once a receptionist actually yelled at my sister for "not getting her dog vaccinated" and told her that it was her own fault her dog was sick- the dog actually was up to date on all shots which had been administered at this hospital), picked up a dog who hadn't been taken outside and was covered in her own urine, rough with our dogs injuries. Improvements: I have never had good customer service at this front desk. Other: Vets perform cosmetic dog surgeries such as tail docking and ear cropping..
