Veterinary Care 9/1/2011

We have had a long standing relationship through several dogs and cats with Graham Road Animal Hospital. Although this facility is not a 24 hour hospital the treatment provided has been exceptional. Several times our pets have required urgent care for which we've been accomodated. The staff has provided helpful, professional, yet personal attention. We recently had to put down a much loved dog (14 years) and were perplexed as to how to make the decision. Both Dr. Kline Sr. and Jr. were most understanding in addressing our concerns and desires. We stongly recommend anyone considering a change in veterinary services to consider Graham Road Animal Hospital. -- Dave & Lynn, Ravenna, Ohio more

Absolutely Horrible, use only as a last resort 7/7/2011

Good: Low cost. Bad: Extremely rude receptionists, poor bed side manner, talked down to by veterinarian, poor record keeping (could never find our file under the right name, once a receptionist actually yelled at my sister for "not getting her dog vaccinated" and told her that it was her own fault her dog was sick- the dog actually was up to date on all shots which had been administered at this hospital), picked up a dog who hadn't been taken outside and was covered in her own urine, rough with our dogs injuries. Improvements: I have never had good customer service at this front desk. Other: Vets perform cosmetic dog surgeries such as tail docking and ear cropping.. more

Great Vet... been going for years 3/22/2011

Graham Road Animal Hospital is not a 24 hour vet/hospital. However, they have long weekday hours...just a follow-up to something someone else wrote. Anyways, I'm almost 30 years old and my whole life we've taken our dogs to Dr, Klein. Actually, I believe his son works there as well and is also a great vet. I can only comment on my experiences, but after having dogs, the ones deceased living 16+ years, under the care of this vet (in total we've had 6 dogs through the years being treated and boarded there), I can say I'm very pleased. I hope that you will take this positive comment into consideration while researching which vet you will take your animal. :) more

A Great Vet for all of your Pets 3/16/2006

Graham Road Animal Hospital has been around for many years, and the main reason for their success is their passion in caring for animals of every type. They are so gentle and kind with every pet that comes through their doors, and so compassionate with every pet owner who has to watch their pet undergo an unpleasant treatment or get shots. It may be a little bit of a drive for me to get to this vet hospital, but it is definitely worth it for the quality of care that my animals receive. more
