Review content:
Street in front of the house was very quiet, great for jogging and walking, riding bikes, and skateboarding. The sound system was really fun. To note: Sandbridge Beach is a very quiet area with basically 3 restaurants. This is either a plus or a minus for you. There is a small grocery store. To get to larger grocery stores or other restaurants is about a 10 minute drive. Vb proper (if that's to your taste) is about 15-20 minutes drive away. This is a beach vacation destination, pure and simple.
