Just like your hometown, property owners have varying degrees of upkeep. I found Bay Treasure to be clean on the inside (contracted by Sandbridge). The indoor pool was great, and clean. The house was designed for large gatherings, with 10 bedrooms and 7 ½ baths. The bedrooms are located in a way that activity in the house did not hamper privacy or a good night’s sleep. more

We're thankful for the courteous, speedy service.The children loved the kid friendly home and location in proximity to the beach. We will try to come again. Thank you for all you've done to make it a great week. more

Attentive and pleasant 7/19/2011

The bath light in the pool building was shorting, after an e-mail to Sandbridge a repairman was dispatched and fixture replaced the same day without anyone even knowing it had been done. From my first contact with Sandbridge to my dropping off the keys, I found them to be attentive and pleasant. Every e-mail was responded to, as was every phone call. I have nothing bad to say about them. more

Enjoyed using the gas grill 7/14/2011

The house was beautiful, very well appointed, not the usual loud beach decor...lots of muted colors, textures, lovely art peices. We had plenty of space - even with ten people in tow, everyone could find spaces to be together or alone (porches, decks, large rooms). The elevator took a bit of getting used to - sometimes it would not stop on the second floor, but it was very useful for taking groceries and luggage up to the third floor. The surround sound in most rooms was very nice, everyone could select their own music in the bedrooms...we also enjoyed using the gas grill (the pool was closed when we went - the summer season was over). more

Loved the house 7/8/2011

Everyone in our group loved the house. I also personally made a 600 mile round trip to see the house in person to make this call. In a couple of words, It’s a rental. Oh by the way, we had an excellent time. Hope this helps. more

This is a beach vacation destination 7/6/2011

Street in front of the house was very quiet, great for jogging and walking, riding bikes, and skateboarding. The sound system was really fun. To note: Sandbridge Beach is a very quiet area with basically 3 restaurants. This is either a plus or a minus for you. There is a small grocery store. To get to larger grocery stores or other restaurants is about a 10 minute drive. Vb proper (if that's to your taste) is about 15-20 minutes drive away. This is a beach vacation destination, pure and simple. more
