When I first arrived for my appointment, I was not greeted...the receptionist did not even look up. She was texting someone. When she did finally call me up the process was pretty easy, I registered as a new patient and waited to be called. When I got into the exam room, the nurse asked me if I would like to have a full skin exam since I was a new patient--I agreed. So, there I sat for about 20 minutes, naked, in an exam gown waiting for Dr. Resnick. When she finally arrived in the room, she asked why I was here to see her. I explained my problem and she looked me over very briefly and told me that it was nothing and that I just needed to moisturize. Okay???? As for the skin exam, she looked on my arms, which were mentioned in my problem areas and my legs, she mentioned some mild acne on my face and that was it. There was no exam. She gave me some over the counter samples and sent me on my way. She seemed very rushed and was very dismissive. This appointment was total waste of my time. I saw my primary care dr. and they ACTUALLY treated me....imagine that. I thought going to a specialist was the right thing to do....maybe it is....just not here. If I could give this place and that dr., no stars, I would. Pros: Free parking, nice office Cons: Everything else
