We had been warned that they are rude and people were right.
We will never return there. They mocked my wife loudly and in front of other customers simply because we refused a shot that the vet told us wasn't needed. The receptionist told us we were two years past due for the shot (our dog is sixteen months old) and then was bullying and condescending when my wife held her ground.
I have sent letters to the vet office so this notice will not be a surprise for them.
Pros: Some of the vet's were kind and polite
Cons: The treatment at the hands of the office staff is horrendous.
