My beloved cat was cared for with tremendous skill and kindness at Granite Bay Vet Clinic. Dr. Mansfield and his staff were absolutely wonderful during her battle with Diabetes, Feline IBD and ultimately, the cancer that forced us to say "good bye". I know Dr. Mansfield and his staff helped give us extra years to share with our chronically ill cat. Everyone at GBVC was ALWAYS helpful, respectful and efficient! And I am NOT employed there! Pros: Very skilled and resourceful Vets. Very caring attitude from Vets and staff. Cons: None more

We had been warned that they are rude and people were right. We will never return there. They mocked my wife loudly and in front of other customers simply because we refused a shot that the vet told us wasn't needed. The receptionist told us we were two years past due for the shot (our dog is sixteen months old) and then was bullying and condescending when my wife held her ground. I have sent letters to the vet office so this notice will not be a surprise for them. Pros: Some of the vet's were kind and polite Cons: The treatment at the hands of the office staff is horrendous. more

These Dr.s do not give a darn about the pets. Their focus is to take as much money out of you as possible. Also, they love to talk about fleas and sell you the products. If you don't buy them they make it clear you are a bad pet owner. They talk down to you and act so superior. They lecture and do their best to make you feel like you don't know what you are doing with your pet. These Dr.s know that many people in Granite Bay are blind to what they are selling to them and will spend the money because they have plenty of it. I was a long time resident of Granite Bay and Roseville. I brought my cat in with a simple problem. If they were so knowledgeable it would have been diagnosed in one minute like it has now been at another Vet I went to. The vet insisted my cat had a flea problem even though no fleas in site. No fleas on my cat or other three pets. I spent time flea bathing and bombing my house for no reason. And the money Granite Bay charged me for what I feel a purposely misdiagnosis.
