i have recently moved out of the building not too long ago because my fiancee and i are looking for a house together, i think it's about time.
i definitely enjoyed my stay there. 3 young managers have recently taken the property by the reins, doing repairs and building relationships with the tenants. they are doing an amazing job, and they are definitely organized. when you put a work request in, they are knocking on your door within minutes! the building is very quiet, almost too quiet. there are children around that play but they aren't at all that noisy surprisingly. the building is very secure, they have cameras all over the place.
while I lived there, i had a dog that unfortunately to say, tore my apartment to pieces. i expected to be reemed in my deposit but i actually got some money back from the management company within a short period of time,
i definitely would recommend living at the kensington to anyone.
