My friends and I checked out Mardi Gras Casino after work one night. It is relatively close to our job so we figured it was the best place to have a Girls Night Out. I had been there before with my husband and enjoyed it. I don’t find it as intimidating as the Hard Rock. It is a really great place for locals to go and hang out. As it was a Tuesday night, we decided to check out the karaoke. The guy that was running it was great. He would sing with some of the people that got up there if they didn’t want to sing alone. One of my friends has a great voice so she got up and sang a few songs. After a few drinks, the rest of us got up and sang as well. Everybody was getting up and singing. It was a lot of fun and we have made plans to go back again.
