I've never left a rating on any store in my life, but this one deserves it. I had a horrible experience. The sales girl sold me a dress and said we could alter it to my size, so I paid for the dress. The seamstresses REFUSED to alter it. After arguing with the seamstresses, they agreed to alter it. I went in on multiple occasions to have the dress re-fitted and re-fitted because each time it looked horrible. Finally, my mom just redid the entire dress for me, but I was forced to pay for the alterations even though it was just horrible. The customer service was horrible. James is the worst owner of any business - completely unreachable and doesn't respond at all. I hated everything about my experience.
