My husband and I just moved to the city for his new job at Penn, We needed someone who could provide a couple very good options to buy or rent. We were looking for a good deal and we know that we have some leverage in this market. We really liked one of the properties that Maxwell found for us. They negotiated on our behalf but in the end the agent advised us not to do the deal after some issues came up with the title. We would have likely gone through with it. We did a one year rental instead. Maxwell left about 30K on the table by giving us this advice. They were interested in a long term relationship.
