I am quite impressed with Pioneer Oil. When we bought our house, we had tons of mailings from oil companies and didn't know which to choose. We have found them to be very helpful, timely, and reasonable.
They had an incentive for two years of free maintenance service. I procrastinate on scheduling these things, so they called to make sure we got the free service in on time.
They have budget plans as well as conventional pay as you go plans. When we got the proposed plans for this year, the closing price was quite high. It may go down, it may not but there were several options. You could add a fee and then get the lower price if it falls. They also said in the letter that the pay as you go might be the best plan pricewise for this year. It seems that they are trying in all respects to be honest and provide great service. I recommend them.
