GREAT SERVICE & GREAT TEAMWORK 10/5/2017

I have great experience with Pioneer Oil on my new hot water heater and oil boiler installation. Joe Germain is very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered options and carefully explained the pros & cons to us. We finalized with our decision and two days later we got our new equipments all installed. The job was done in one day and Chris is best technician. I will recommend Pioneer Oil to all my friends. Thanks again for the wonderful team work. more

Best of the Best 10/4/2017

I recently purchased 3 mini splits from this company. Joe G came to my home, assessed my families needs and advised accordingly. Other companies said 3 to 5 weeks delivery time but when Joe G heard my family medical issues, BAM, install 3 days later. Competitive pricing with a fantastic installation team. Customer for life because of my experience with Joe G and the installation team ! more

Service Review 9/15/2017

We unexpectedly needed a new oil tank. Pioneer came out the same day to replace the tank, and quickly got it up and running (....on a Friday afternoon!). All the staff were amazing, and Joe and Cade explained everything to me. Being new to home ownership, we were stressed about having to do something so major so soon; but, Pioneer made the job seamless and stress free. Thank you, you have a new long-term customer! more

My wife and I just finished filling out the Rebate Form with your Energy Advisor Joe Germain. If it wasn't for Joe I doubt this would ever happen. Your former advisor was quick to sign me up for a new NORITZ CB 199 but I never heard from him again. His cell voice mail was always full. Joe walked us through the paperwork needed for the Rebate and answered all our questions professionally. We know who to call next time we need anything from Pioneer Oil. Don and Sue Morin more

Replaced central air conditioning 9/10/2017

A little more expensive than competitors but you get what you pay for. Joe G delivered a great experience that was professionally installed on time and with no mess. The crew worked efficiently, cleaned up and left us very happy. Joe also improved the system with some enhancements by removing the old humidification system that was not working. So, very satisfied with the overall experience! more

Very Happy Rick New Heating Installation 8/30/2017

Can't say enough positive things from beginning to end about the process of getting my new heating system, a Pensotti oil boiler and an HTP indirect water heater from Pioneer Oil. To start, Joe Germain was the first person to arrive at my house to give me an estimate. Joe is an outstanding professional. He knows every aspect about what a heating system should be at a reasonable price, using top quality materials. Also, the cadre who did the installation were excellent. It is rare in this day and age to get something done right the first time. Pioneer surpassed this. All I can say is I'm very happy with my new heating system and would not hesitate to call Pioneer Oil if I had to do it over again. They do excellent work. more

This purchase and installation, with the help of Joe Germain was an amazing, painless process. From the moment I signed the contract to purchase, everything flowed seamlessly. The installation crew showed up on time first thing in the morning,m equipment was delivered, installed with a great coordination effort by Wayne, and no problems. I am so pleased with my new purchase and would recommend Pioneer to anyone in the market for a new heating system. Thank you Joe and crew for treating me like a very valued customer. Great Service from Joe G and Pioneer 7/20/2017

In June, my 2004 central AC system failed. Joe came quickly and explained that coolant for that system would be extremely expensive and the coolant would be unavailable in a couple of years. We decided to install a new system. My problem was that, as a retiree on a fixed income, I did not feel capable of paying for a new system immediately. Joe worked out a payment plan that took care of that barrier. We also replaced my 17 year old water heater about the same time, again with the enabling that Joe worked out for financing. Besides great service, Joe is a very friendly guy and easy to deal with. more

Boiler Replacement 6/2/2017

I had a boiler replacement done. I live on a hill, where it is difficult to carry materials up and down. The team that brought the new boiler up and took the old one down did an excellent job. The plumbers and electrician did great jobs as well-- they took the time to explain everything to me. I worked with Joe Germain throughout the process. Joe was great from beginning to end. He explained what the team would do and the process went exactly as he said it would. Everything went smoothly thanks to Joe. I don't intend to do another boiler replacement anytime soon, but I would use Pioneer again if I did. Thanks for the excellent job. more
