Review content:
Puchasing a new vehicle has not always been a pleasant experience for us. Typically, the process has been very time consuming and frustrating. After the test drive, the negotiations begin, and all too often it appears that the dealer's tactic is to wear the customer down until the customer gives in. (Price given, then a counter offer, then talk to the sales manager, etc. etc.)
Our recent experience with Spradley Barr was relatively pleasant. We knew what we wanted and had a very good idea as to what our trade was worth, so there was very little back and forth. We made what we thought was a fair offer and the sales representative (Kenny Bunch) listened . We did not have to haggle. One adjustment was made to the trade-in value, and we had an agreement.
This left us with a very positive feeling about Kenny and the sales team as well as with Spradley Barr in Fort Collins.
