Businiess name:  Brown's Fairfax Nissan

Review content:
Browns Nissan of Fairfax is bar none the worst dealership anywhere. They are consumed with [violative content deleted] and will take advantage of you. My fiance' recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue from Browns Nissan, they sold her a base line vehicle for $27,000, this included gap insurance and extended warranty. I found out three days later that the dealership, despite agreeing to pay off my fiance's trade-in that they actually were only go to pay $6500 of the $8813 owed. They added $2300 to the price of the vehicle she was purchasing, yet the contact reflected a pay off amount of $8813. When disputing this issue with them they told me that they "never intended on paying off her car and that they rolled the remaining amount due, approximately $2300 into the price of the car she was purchasing." When my fiance' brought the car home I could not believe how basic it was, it looked like something out of the 1990's. We immediately attempted to return the vehicle and get out of the contract, to no avail. Browns then acted as if they were doing us a favor by placing us in an upgraded vehicle for $3000 more, yes it had much more in the way of options, but the price was stil over inflated. We tried numerous tactics to drive down the price of the vehicle, to include offering them a $1500 coupon, from True Car, which Browns Nissan has agreed to accept....they would not take the coupon. We even offered to them a check for $500 asking them to eat a meansely $300 in costs and they still refused to work with us. My fiance' and I are both military service members. I have served for almost 20 years and have been forward deployed on four ships to war torn regions such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Somila and other locations. My fiance' served eight years on active duty and has served the last four in the Reserves her unit is currently deployed to Afghanistan. Unfortuately, she was unable to deploy with them due to having some medical issues. This is not a ploy for your simpthy I am simply trying to protect you from getting screwed th
