Review content:
The front desk lady is the rudest person in the world. She thinks she is making you the favor. When if it wasn't for the tenants she wouldn't have a job. They don't bother to call you to inform you about the application process or the landlord decision. If your not in top of them calling them you won't find out what the decision is. Don't they understand that looking for a place to LIVE is crucial especially if you don't have a place to live. I rather just go with a direct landlord they give you better rates and you work with them directly.
