We purchased our '07 GTI from City VW and have since returned here for almost all of our vehicle service and maintenance over the years. We do that despite living much closer to Fletcher Jones downtown, and it's partly because we really enjoy strolling through Portage Park after we drop the car off, but mostly because ML feels a bit of kinship with the Polish guys in both the sales and service departments who keep insisting that her family is pronouncing their last name wrong -- apparently A's sound like E's, J's sound like Y's, and W's sound like V's.
