I called b/c of the recommendation here. Adam was the first to come. He was there the next morning.
* He diagnosed and fixed a blown capacitor in the outside unit.
* He was also able to show how the capacitor had blown only on the compressor and not on the fan.
* He checked the coolant and found it safisfactory.
* He was done in an hour and in time for my son's birthday party.
