He was there the next morning. * He diagnosed and fixed a blown capacitor in the outside unit. * He was also able to show how the capacitor had blown only on the compressor and not on the fan. * He checked the coolant and found it safisfactory. * He was done in an hour and in time for my son's birthday party. more

My air conditioning just stopped cooling during July 4th weekend. My regular service was closed, but I reached Abdul through his message service, and he was at my home within an hour. He was able to quickly locate the problem, but the part had to come from the supplier (who was closed for the holiday). He promised to check the next morning, and I heard from him shortly after 9am. Part needed to be ordered and would arrive the next day (Wednesday). Good news though...it was covered under warranty! His crew was at my house this morning (Wednesday) at 9:30am, and before 11:30 I was up and running again. I fully recommend Abdul and Wilmington Air for being so prompt, friendly, and accommodating and most importantly getting the job done! more
