Pet Boutique USED TO BE a good place to bring your pets to be groomed.
As of lately, the owner, Charlene, has had a few health problems, has cancelled many appointments over and over again but has always told her clients that she would reschedule and be able to groom their dogs. That is not the case.
She continues to cancel right up to the last minute, calling clients a half hour or so before they are suppose to bring their pets in, her excuse is, she's too tired and maybe the next time she'll be able to do the job....maybe.
I suggest that people find a good groomer elsewhere or....take a class or two in grooming and groom your pets yourself.
Charlene is cheap but has become unreliable. You cannot run a business and be unreliable.
