Businiess name:  Titan Exteriors

Review content:
My husband and I just used Titan exteriors to replace our roof. (A tree fell on it AND there was additional wind damage during one of Nashville's recent freak storms. Not our year.) We were raving to Adam about the service we received from him, and his team, and he mentioned (in passing, but we dragged it out of him) the review another citysearcher just posted. I'm not sure what the other poster was thinking, or if maybe he/she was just frustrated from having to make a bunch of calls and the other followup that comes with damage to your home, but our service was exceptional - from our interactions with Adam to project completion. We met with two contractors from two companies, and Adam/Titan struck us as upfront and proud of his company. As it was explained to us, some roofing contractors sometimes make estimates to appease the customer, and then later change to match the insurance companies. Titan goes for a "more direct" approach and uses the insurance estimate from the get-go. (This struck me as honest, since insurance companies aren't in the business of overpaying, last I checked.) Our work was completed on time, and professionally. So, I couldn't let the only review up here be a negative one. Thanks Adam!
