Good: the tour.. Bad: everything they show you on the tour is a gimmick. grill is never clean and igniters havent worked in two years. staff is never willing to help. you get fined for everything. all appliances are the cheapest you will find in any apartment. remotes for the gates rarely work and leave you locked out all the time.. Improvements: all of the staff fired and a new staff brought on that helps residents rather than threatening to fine for. Other: most apartments have the apartment cleaned when you move out. this place makes you hire a crew or charge you twice the amount. anything not left in perfect condition is charged to be cleaned.
the rent I ended up paying was $100 more than i was told when i made my deposit and couldn't back out without loosing $250.
