I usually do not take the time to write reviews but Crocketts took such good care of me that I thought it was only fair to take a few minutes to thank them. Outstanding service starting from my phone call to schedule the appointment, to picking up my vehicle only a few days later. The receptionist was friendly and even offered to have a shuttle take me back to work when I dropped my car off. Vince was very professional and kept me updated on the status of my car. This was a brand new car I had just purchased for my fiance. After only having it for a couple of weeks someone ran into her, smashed in the fender and knocked her bumper off. When I picked up her car it looked brand new (like before the accident). I need to look over the part list again to see what was replaced because I cannot tell which parts are new and which were already on there. It is amazing what these guys can do. thank you!
